Exceptional views, liked perfect and magnificent setting.
The breakfast was delicious, I would stay here again. Had 2 nights in Dublin, spending my time here really good. The room I got was newly renovated and air-conditioned. The staff and people generally were well-mannered and knowledgeable. The food was great, I tried scrambled eggs and bangers. The service was good, they fixed problem at my request.

Absolutely brilliant and delightful hotel in a nice area close to Aviva stadium, a supermarket and restaurants and eateries along the quieter water basin in the opposite direction. Warm atmosphere and twin room with a bath.

The staff was well-mannered and amazingly attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The hotel's location was particularly good and fab, to the Pub below The Gas works with a shopping centre and a market within walking distance. Café The Art of Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Canal. Despite the bad weather, the rooms were pleasant with standard fittings. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The Orla Kiely freebies in the bathroom were a nice touch. The breakfast, although extra, was filling and satisfying. The hotel was also quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. I recommend this hotel.
